And all basic accounts have Horizons now too if you wanted a second account
Re: Elite Dangerous FREE from Epic Games next week
I have my hands full with just one account. LOL
Plus I've managed to build up over $11B credits and have a fleet carrier.
That game has a lot you can do to kill time.

I saved enough to buy and gear a carrier, then fuel it up and have fun with it a bit. Have like 3 billion left, so enough to run it until Odyssey comes out and see how that makes everything else worthless

Re: Elite Dangerous FREE from Epic Games next week
I loaded my Steam version last night. Haven't played since first released. I'll need to find a noob's tutorial and get started doing some grind. I'd like to lose myself in something like that for a while.

Look into the engineering side of things if you want a good, long to-do list. Bonus is that if you work that up, you can make your ships A LOT more effective and/or deadly.FlyingPenguin wrote:I loaded my Steam version last night. Haven't played since first released. You'll definitely need horizons for that, as it involves planetary landings.

Re: Elite Dangerous FREE from Epic Games next week
Well ran through the tutorials and I feel as lost as I did when I first played it 3 years ago. I'll have to research the engineering track.
Yeah, Googled a bit, and everyone said to just start with Horizons. No brainer.

You definitely want to run Horizons and not the original. Pointless not to run it.
