I just saw this at EB for $30 smacks. I am wondering if this is any good. Too lazy a** to install and uninstall demo.

Thoughts or reviews.

I played the demo and wasn't impressed with it but didn't think it was bad.

Its not a run and gun game (although you can play it that way }. Hitman is more like thief a slower paced game where you have to think about how to proceed.

Once you figured out what you had to do in the mission it was easy. The controls were okay. You had to press F3 to switch to a third person controlled with mouse view. There were graphical glitches. For example I had to run in direct3d since OpenGL wouldn't work in full screen mode. I really hope Eidos didn't push this game out on the market just in time for the holiday season before it was ready to go out.

I thought it was alright.
But the game control and interaction was a little weird!

I thought it was a good idea, but it ran poorly on my system, i think eidos rushed the game out the door

I thought that the demo was allright, but not excellent. I read that the demo didnt reperesent the full game at all though so I will wait for some reviews to come out.

I have heard the controls for the game are poor...can you use a joystick or just mouse and keyboard

The reviews have been less than flattering.

The demo of that game ruined it for me. I did not like it at all. The game controls were not right for me and I just didn't like the look, play, and feel of the game. I had really been looking forward to that game and was really disappointed when I played the demo.

That's one game I was really glad I downloaded the demo first because I was planning on buying it from just reading about it. Not any more. I have made that mistake before on buying a game without playing it and then being stuck with something I didn't like.
