Good multiplayer games

Anyone know of any decent multiplayer games that aren't first person shooters or real time strategy games.
My and my friends are looking for something a bit different to play on our LAN seeing as we are getting fed up of endless Quake 3 and Age of Empires 2.

First, get a case of beer. Next, consume most of it. Then, your friend and you play flight sims. Next, PUKE. Then play one of my favorite drinking LAN games, Worms! 2 Armegedon.

Descent 3 (ok) or Freespace 2 (lotsa fun) are both interesting alternatives.

You'll be amazed how fun real-time strategy games are if you're just screwing around. Like, ganging up on the bad guy with thousands of peasents in Warcraft II, heheheh :lol

Racing games are also good for multiplayer. They're so quick to setup and play unlike strategy games which take hundreds of arguments over the map size, # of computer players, amount of initial resources, and victory conditions.
