Maybe we can hook up for some quests sometime Sov.. I didn't even know you were in the open beta.. I was in closed beta for a while thanks to mr. talent.. heh..

Went to WalFart on my lunch break and picked up my copy for $54.95.. So I'll be playing this when I get home.. MWA HA HA!!! That won't be till about 6:00 though... *sigh*

Ive been in the closed beta for awhile. If you can get past paying monthly to play it...it really is a fun game.

i looked at it but i am going to wait for guild wars instead, i think
the last warcraft game i didn't like because of the ultra cartoony way folks looked and the interface was not comfortable....i may go ahead and try it over xmas though
i don't mind paying monthly if the game remains unhaxored and they update stuff on a regular basis - when a games gets haxored like diablo II then it's no fun - some of my old guildies from daoc have been in beta and are now switching over

how does the dorf compare to the elf?
I have a dog and a bear atm - not sure which one I want to take way up - bear is better for multiple mobs but cat bites hard

I honestly think the only difference is the quests that you get and the racial benefits. i.e. dwarf's have frost resistance.. etc..
I'm currently training a bear, but I like Spiders too.. heh..
I downloaded Cosmos a while back and couldn't get it to work, I'll give it a shot again.

I had to try a couple of times to get it to work - the extra action bars are helpful - haven't really looked at the rest of the stuff yet

Yes, that's very nice, the only thing I DON'T like is the way it affects the balloons for detail text and the looting window.

arg... the servers are still down, im thinking a new patch is on its way.
im lvl 20 warrior on Frostwolf, I like the character alright, though i might go back to my 15 warlock and lvl him until they nerf the overpowered fear spell.
