Onslaught is the only game mode I like in UT2004, although we played AS_CONVOY at this weekend's LAN party and I have to admit that's a very cool map.

UT2004 is a much bigger game then 2k3. I can play normal weapons but don't have the time to get good at them and I am really hooked on insta. I play other gametypes for fun but I get more serious and concentrate harder at insta b/c it is my favorite. 9 times out of 10 I am playing on the iTDM servers.
