Whether you love him or hate him, I highly recommend picking up this week's Time magazine. Some excellent articles about the President, his cabinet, his closest advisors, and some personal insights that I found fascinating.
I greatly disagree with many of his policies, but I do admit that some of the articles gave me a greater appreciation for the reasoning behind his decisions. I gained some respect for him after what I read.

if i was in his shoes
islam would be against the law for inciting violence
abortion except for cases where the mothers life is in danger or rape or incest would be outlawed
guns would be available to any law abiding citizen who can pass the test
welfare would only be available for a 2 month per working year period (u work 10 years u get 20 months max, using SSI for verification)
social security would be privatized, controlled by a citizen review board and the government could no longer tap it
the SEC would be smart
the CIA, NSA, and FBI could no longer use asset forfiture to their gain
lots of stuff...
this guy is way too liberal
WAYYYYYYY to liberal
consider that is JFK was alive today hed be a republican
he stands the same way on the issues as bush
the dielectic process has moved this whole country to the wacko left and few people care

If you were in his shoes you wouldn't be able to get any of that accomplished. He doesn't have the power to do that by himself and he would never get Congress to work with him to try and enact those things.
