I'm just a little confused about how the US Postal Service got into this, but the First Amendment was talking about Congress. This could get a little rediculous, if you searched long enough, you could find that every law "respects an establishment of religion".

What the 1st Amend says is that Congress can't make religion mandatory. Then it turns right around and says that they can't make it unlawful either, which is what Separation of Church and State does.
This one's not the same as the ones that aren't different:

OOHHH ohhh i got one... what if you have a religion that says you have to kill people? what about that?

that woudl be considered a cult, but really everything is a cult by definition. So? what determines wheather its a cult (no tax exemption) or a church (tax exemption)?

The same questions could be asked of non-religious organizations.

What if there was a radical group that didn't like what you drove and felt it was ok to torch your wheels?
