if tomorrows news is correct - microsoft is to start selling its own tablet to boost its new Windows 8 operating system and counter Apple's hot-selling iPad.

Microsoft declined to comment.

Not a surprise move, in fact probably a great move. They should get into the hardware market with tablets IMO. That said, I still have little to no interest in tablets still.
