how do i put music on an n-gage qd?

i have an ngage qd. a memory card didnt come with it and after research, i found that it only accepts mmc or rs-mmc cards. does anyone kno where i can get either one? also, how do i make the n-gage read the card since the music is in mp3 format. is there a downloadable program or something? thanks
