plextor giving bad errors with new mobo!!??

hello asll! ive had my plextor px-708a' for somr time now and its brilliant but when i had it in an olkd PC (epox mobo) i could use the program รค'DVD DECRYPTER' with no probs what so ever!!
Now i have the plextor in my new set up that consists of an asus p4c800-e deluxe mobo and as the program starts to decryot then i gewt an error message that bthe program cant go on !!!??
anyone know why this is????
