Video Card - what do you think?

Looking to get a new video card. I don't need a cutting edge card and my budget is $250. I've been looking at this one:

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Ult ... =8-11&th=1

Is there a big advantage between GDDR5 & GDDR6?

I'm now looking at this card: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-GeForce-Adv ... GL33C?th=1

but what is strange are the dimensions of the card: Item Dimensions L x W x H 9.6 x 5.1 x 1.9 inches
Only 1.9 inches in height??? It seems to me that the last 2 specs are backwards?

1.9 inches thick (top of heatsink to back of circuit board).

Thanks. I went ahead and ordered that first one even though it has GDDR5.

Damn...got an email back that the order for the card was canceled "We're writing to inform you that your order from Nspire Store has been canceled because the item you purchased is out of stock."

I'm partial to EVGA as I never had an issue with any of their cards.

I ordered this directly from EVGA: GeForce GTX 1660 Ti SC Ultra Black Gaming, 6GB GDDR6, Dual Fan, Metal Backplate
$279 shipped and $22.40 tax. Free shipping.

Yeah my last 5 or 6 cards were EVGA. I've had very good luck with them.

I've been buying EVGA for years. They seem to have the best warranty and customer service.

I've only used EVGA and Asus.
