just swapped in my sparkly new 6600gt agp...did a quick 3DMark05 on each card.

9700pro 128MB:

3DMark Score 2043 3DMarks
CPU Score 3547 CPUMarks

6600GT 128MB:

3DMark Score 2915 3DMarks
CPU Score 3760 CPUMarks


this is on a fresh XP install w/ most current drivers.

default test settings (1024x768 / 32bit)
P4 2.8

I know this is an old post but curious if you think it was worth the upgrade. I have a 9700 pro and would like to upgrade to the same.
