The Ti4600. Of course, that doesn't mean its the best value..

I would have to say that MSI makes the best GeForce 4 cards because their cards have the best cooling = more overclockability.

It all depends on your needs. I'm not sure what's best, but if you want the best video card ever mdae, wait two months for the R300, that card is going to kick some nVidia ass!
