What is your pricerange and what specs has your system?

I say that a GF4 Ti4200 card is the most bang for the buck if ya look for something in the $200 range. Most cards have Video out, some even Video In.
The problem is that the Ti4200 just start to appear in the market so you might want to wait another week or two.

You can find a nice review of a Ti4200 at Rivastation comparing the Ti4200 with many other cards. The GF4 Ti cards are the way to go when FSAA performance is important for you.

Pricewatch shows the first Ti4200 cards with 128MB starting at ~ $210, don't forget to check the retailer first at Resellerratings ;)

In agree as well. If you are looking to spend the bare minimum, there are a lot of GeForce2 GTS cards around for about $50....

It really does depend on at least two things. One is how much you have to spend and the other is what you want to do and what kinds of games you want to play...
