I already have a Dell pull in my AGP slot(I think it's something like a Geforce 256)which can't be made the secondary. Therefore whatever video card I choose to be for my second monitor in a dual display config must be a secondary card. Im assuming yes, but ATI radeon AIWs will let me do this right?

They do actually.....
mwave.com has one(came in stock today actually). I called to confirm and they said it was indeed a 32mb PCI ATI Radeon AIW.

I'm pretty certain the Radeon doesn't come in PCI flavor unless ATI just released one.
You'd have to contact ATI to confirm whether the Radeon supports Multimon - some cards do and some don't.
On a Dell system, usually whatever PCI card you install becomes the primary and the AGP becomes the secondary. If you want to use only the PCI card you need to disable the AGP card in the device manager.
What exactly are you trying to do? Your only benefits of Multimon are either to allow you to use one card or the other) or to allow you to have a larger virual desktop by using two monitors (Multimon). Multimon doesn't work with some apps and it definately doesn't work with games. Multimon is best used on a system that needs a large desktop like for CAD.

I'm using multi-monitor for financial/stock market data, stock spreadsheets, and stock analytical tools. Mine specifically can only be viewed adequately spread out on 4 monitors if I plan to compete. I plan on using the AGP Geforce256, PCI ATI AIW Radeon, and 2 Matrox Millenium G200 PCIs(or one dual port PCI Jeronimo Pro, if my office gives me one). And this is a homeade machine, not a Dell. The Geforce256 is just a Dell pull.
PCI ATI AIW Radeon's must be fairly new, because according to pricewatch only two places sell them, yet neither have them in stock yet but expect them in the next few days. The reason why I want a Radeon AIW in there is because I work nights, and I may want to record a game here and there. Considering I dont have to pay any monthly fees, the Radeon AIW seems more efficient than a Tevo box. Thanks

obviously has never played Flight Sim 2000 on a Dual Monitor setup. Might want to check out the WHOLE LIST of games that DO run in a Dual monitor config over at http://www.matroxusers.com .....either there or at the Matrox site itself.
Can always count on FP though for some wide ranging misinformation.

There are definitely some games that support dual monitors.

My bad. I have heard plenty of report of games that barf when they try to run on duals though., so it's important to research.
And yes, I'd expect a Microsoft game to run on Multimon

Making the AIW Radeon your secondary card would defeat the purpose of getting that card because the AIW cannot display its TV or DVD hardware if it's not the primary card. So I guess you could get that and make it the primary card.
Since you don't play games, have you considered getting an AGP AIW and one more matrox and getting rid of the Geforce? Besides, the Radeon is more than enough for games anyway.
