Never tried it, but there is a site that sells Geforce MX cards equipped with a Blue Orb cooler and RAM heatsinks, so I guess it will.

what kind of MX?
I read that it won't fit on a Prophet2 MX (which would be the most color co-ordinated). Here is a link of some of the Blorbs fits:
