How Comcast stopped employees from changing your name to “A**hole”

I have to say that it does appear they are trying to improve customer service. I used to grumble that the itemization on my bills was incomprehensible. Last month, for the first time, the bill clearly listed all my services and devices.

I think management finally realized that their poor customer service cost them, at least in part, the Time Warner deal.
