I was reading that Warren is advising against the merger too. I think both companies need broken up.

I dunno about a breakup, but I can't imagine any way - even in some drug induced Comcast fantasy - that a merger would in any way help the consumer. There is absolutely no incentive for Comcast, whose customer service is already atrocious, to make any improvements once they become a mega-giant monopoly. They have also shown absolutely no desire to fulfill past promises they made for the NBC Universal purchase.

see it seems like bright house is a second company of Comcast.

Bright House is getting ready to cancel its more than $10 billion deal to be taken over by Charter Communications, according to a report by Reuters.
The $10 billion Charter-Bright House deal, however, was contingent on Comcast's merger with Time
