I am sorry, But the internet providers need to run their network like a real pipeline. Then all the problems with bandwidth should go away.
The crap they sell is like if the water company gave everyone 6" mains and the feeder pipe is only 7 inches. If a few people use full volume then everyone's pressure drops.
