I was just give these routers & adapters .
1- linskey wrt54gs v7
1- apple airport extreme
2 - linksys wusb811 ver 2.6 usb network adaptors
1- linksys wusb 546v2 usb wireless-g network adaptor

If I was going to use one for myself, it would be the WRT54GS.

Linksys WRT54GS v7 is a great router IF you wipe the firmware and install the Tomato Router firmware: http://www.polarcloud.com/tomato
I like this better the DD-WRT firmware lately, and it's also easier to install.

The Airport Extreme is also a very good router.
