Remove unremovable Java Console extensions from Firefox

If you open Add-ons in Firefox, and look at the extensions, you'll probably find a bunch of old JAVA Console Extensions. Since around version 6 build 23, the JAVA installer uninstalls the previous one, but you probably have a bunch of old ones.
- Go to the Firefox Extensions folder. In most cases on Windows this is going to be C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\ or for x64 OSes C:\Program files(x86)\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\.
- With Firefox not running, delete the folders which begin with {CAFEEFAC . . . . } from within this folder and then restart Firefox.
