Just a flood attack, but I am wondering why Microsoft state they will not patch it...

could be a nuisance...larger companies utilizing VLANs wouldn't be affected as much, but still would be a problem. we disable IPv6 entirely, as it can cause more problems (or is a requirement for many enterprise applications at this point) when not disabled anyway.
