Well when I first got my wireless router I setup it up and all the hoopla, but now its been a while and I forgot the password to get into the setup screens within IE or Firefox. How should I go about changing anything anymore if I cant get into the setup process?

look up the router in Google.. and find out the procedure to reset it to factory settings.. this will reset the admin password.. that info will also be in the doc's for the router if you find it in google..

and.. if you post the model.. I am sure somene here can tell you how to do it.. or even look it up for you..

I got it solved, but thanks for the help. And yeah I probably wouldve had the idea to do something along those loines anyhow.
