bluetooth networking

Hello,
I have a desktop at home with a bluetooth dongle. I also have a laptop with a dongle.
My question is, I want the laptop to talk to my desktop. In otherwords it will use the internet connection running on my desktop. I've set up my PDA which was easy enough, however I'm battling to get this laptop scenario working.
Can some one give me a step by step guide as how to set it up. What needs to be done on the desktop as well as the Laptop. Both are running XP pro.
