i had the same question, but i decided to go with the Dlink 108mb wireless. Really wasnt much different than the linksys as far as setup, and I got it cheaper than the linksys wouldve cost me. The router i got (DL-624 I think it was) seems to have more options as far as port forwarding and such.

My vote is Linksys, I have loved their items since day 1

In my experience D-Link's routers are better than Linksys. Especially their WiFi routers. I see failures of Linksys routers all the time with clients so I avoid them.

However I don't like D-Link's WiFi NICs. They tend to be flaky and if you end up using their software instead of WinXP's Zero Wireless Configuration, then you'll have major headaches.

Linksys, it runs linux. I've never had a problem with my custom firmware that does more than even an old cisco can. Well maybe not more but it certainly does a lot. This is assuming your getting the WRT54G.

I did the same thing when I went wireless, I went with Dlink to save a few bucks and I think it worked once!!! And only ONCE. Took it back, paid the $20 differance for the linksys and my headache magically went away.
