rhine lan driver 'epox-8k8a7i' info needed

has anyone got my MOBO :epox-8K8A7i? the lan driver on that 'rhine phy VIA VT6103' , on the xp settings window for this is 'buffer' settings, there currently at : recieve-64, send-64. i know these are just the standard setting for xp but does anyone know the 'optimum' settings?? I've emailed epox and rhine to ask for the sollution but after 4 weeks have had no reply
