Got ISDN, Router wont bond channels!

I am useing the NetGear RT328 Router in conjunction with a small hub, I can get one B channel to connect just fine, however the second channel dials and logs in, then drops. it will continue to do this over and over again and never hold the connection. I'm not sure what to do and it's sort of depressing not having 128K right now.
I wish i could give more information, but I don't know very much about ISDN.
What could It be? my ISP says they are setup for Multilink and It should work. both B channels allow connections by themselves, but not togeather.
Also First Gear (the netgear router configuration utilitie) doesn't detect the router, so I am using the manager port. I wish firstgear would work, but it doesn't for some reson.
