Does anyone know how long it usually takes for them to get the "self-install" kit out to customers.

I'm helping my dad get DSL at his house so we went ahead and placed the order online for SBC Yahoo DSL on tuesday. We went ahead with the "self-install" kit to avoid the ridiculous $200 fee if a technician came down to install.

I called for tracking info and they said there's no info as of yet and it'll take at least 14 days now doesn't that seem to long?

I got mine right away and was able to get tracking like a day or two after I placed the order.


they may be busy right now, 14 days doesn't seam to long though

My Dad got SBC Yahoo here a while ago and he got his self install kit in about a week.
