I don't think this test if very accurate... according to this i download at 45447kb/s or 5680KB/s, and i upload at 20905kb/s or 2613KB/s. My real downstream is 1500kb/s , 187KB/s, and my upstream is 128kb/s, 16KB/s.

Comcast Cable - Used to be 1779 up, but has slowed, but it stays the same speed all times of the day.
