Basically what Losbot and I are doing using domains we control. This is a lot easier. Just make a unique email for every account you use. More secure, and you can easily control SPAM (if an email gets spammed, turn it off) and you know exactly who gave your email to spammers.

Well, that makes things a lot easier for those who don't have domains.
Also, I believe Gmail has some feature where you can add extra characters to your email address, to create aliases.
