Makes sense that it won't replace IE. Enterprises would go nuts. I would assume (hopefully) Spartan doesn't support activeX controls. So Enterprises can keep using IE for Intranets and in-house software, and everyone else wil hopefully be encouraged to use Spartan (or better yet, why not just use Chrome?)
