I had Rosewill 300m wireless N router RNX-N300RT just plain die.
It worked in the mornin and dead in the afternoon. Lights on but nobody home..
Got an exact replacement from Rosewill thu newegg (bless them)
But Dang nabbit if this one is acting the same! I'm expecting a call from them shorty but I have a feeling there going to blame my end and I'm beginning to think maybe it is.
If I connect directly from the cable modem to my comp its all good.
I put the router in the picture and no ports work.
I have tryed a different cat5 from the modem to the router but same thing after setting it back to factory default, reseting everything over and over.
I can communcate with the router just fine. It finds everthing and says good to go.
Think I have lemon? The first one lasted 7 months and very easy to set up
as should this one.
Still waiting for their call because their busy. I waited 1/2 hour to "get in line" still waiting for my callback..
I'll let you know how this goes!
In the meantime. I'll shop for different router. I'm hoping its on my end and an easy fix though.
