Better Firefox Tabs: Tree Style Tab extension

Post by FlyingPenguin »

It moves the tabs to the left side of the browser and arranges them in an explorer-like tree-view which makes it easy to see which tabs are children of another tab.

I combine it with the Colorful Tabs add-on to make them stand out better.

ANYWAY this is my latest list of Firefox addons if anyone cares. I only use light-weight addons with low resource usage:

- Colorful Tabs
- Flashblock
- IE Tab
- New Tab Homepage
- NoScript
- ShrinkThisLink.com Link Shrinker
- SSL Blacklist
- Tree Style Tab

Sounds interesting your list.

What about Adblock?

Awhile back I had something that blocked most ads and banners. Even when I would go to log into Yahoo mail it would block those annoying Yahoo ads.
It stopped working after a FF update, I thought it was adblock and I have that running now but I still get Yahoo ads now on the mail login page.

Also I'd like to bock Google analytics, I have it set to block it but it still runs on some sites. I can see it listed in the lower left of firefox while pages are loading at some places. Google don't need to know where I am or what pages I view and it seems to slow my already slow diaup!
