cable modem upgrade?

Networking and broadband talkabout. Need help with that new router or setting up a network?

cable modem upgrade?

I have been using the same cable modem since comcast installed the service 2 years ago or so...

question! I have the SB4100 Cable Modem, SURFboard® SB4100 Cable Modem ... anyway there is any advantage with the new cable modems generation or is the same thing.. any experiences or ideas....?

No need to upgrade if it's working fine. There's no upgrade benefits I'm aware of.

getting a new modem won't change anything, since you are capped by your isp, there is no possible benefit a new cable modem will give you, if it works, stick with it.
When all else fails, replace the user.
