Dial Up greyed out??

Hey guys my dad's just upgraded to XPro and he cannot setup his computer to get online using his dial up modem, just won't let him. He had XP Home on here before and didn't have this problem. He said something about a file called article.chm not being readable, should I send him a copy of a disc to try again? Thanks for your thoughts guys.. eGo
