The rear fan exausts heat while the front fan tilts to blow to whereever you want it. Even has a fan control. Fits in a pci slot to help cool any video card, tv tuner, chipset, etc..

Interesting product Mike, kinda reminds me of the cooling setup on my video card, in addition it really outa help out by sucking the hot air off and outa the case
