My first Case Mod....

Post by Apoogod »

Well this is my first case mod. It took me awhile but I think its worth it. The LCD on top is the one from outpost.com. That was a pain to cut the top. The CC is from pcmods and the window was cut with a 3" hole saw and a 1" hole saw. Just incase ne1 ask. But please tell me what you all think.

How about a Rheostat bus?

Apoogod:

Your case looks nice. With that blue glow coming from the side, how about adding a blue glow up front? I recommend a PC Mods Rheostat bus with the blue LEDs. Here's the link if you are interested:

I have now installed four of these devices, one in each of my main machines. I didn't put one in my old Compaq 4660 - for obvious reasons :D . This way you can control all the fans, and even the light in your case. I spin the fans up in the summer, or when a heavy fragging session is going down. I slow them down a bit when I'm just surfing the Internet. Having control is the name of the game....

I love the LCD. That is from Outpost yes? How did you connect it?

<edit>
Helps when I read the whole post. Just shoot me now.
