Post by nitro237 »

This picture was taken at work about a year ago . We were at the gym working out and he wanted to try out his new digital camera . He said if I didn't break it , it really was a high quality camera :D

From how it looks from here, the tatoo looks like Yosemite (sp?) Sam....the looney tunes character....am I right?

Very good Zyph , it 's ole Sam himself in the middle of a Rebel flag :o Gotta remember folks , I live in Louisiana , I got the tattoo when I was 21 , and my High School nickname was "The Rebels" . You young guys take my advice , when getting a tattoo , think long and hard about what you pick out . Not that I am ashamed or embarrassed about mine , I just regret getting a tattoo at all . I will be 38 in 2 months . Lots of questions have been asked about my tattoo . ;)

It's the same way with my friend in Florida... The confederate flag doesn't mean what it does up here. Down there it's just a symbol of the south.

At least you also got it in a place that can be covered up fairly easily....one of my younger brothers got a huge tatoo on his upper arm under his left wrist....it is HUGE....it covers the entire arm area....and it's only a tribal mark too. He will be lucky if he can get a job at some places with that. Which sorta reminds me.....how much would one cost to get REMOVED? it cost like $150 (maybe it was $180), so how much MORE than the actual tatoo will it cost?

my favorite tatoo story - true - a young girl , 15, was captured by the boys in blue in the company of an tatoo artist in a motel in Va. When her parents came to pick her up, they were told that they could press charges against the guy for underage sex if they wanted, but ought to get the girl checked by an doc to see if she had been sexually active - they took her to the family doctor - he examined her and came out and said "she has been sexually active for some time apparently, but everything looks normal, I am somewhat concerned by the tatoos, though"

Isn't it like $1,000 or so to get a tattoo removed? They have to do it with lasers. It's not cheap.

Yea, and it hurts like hell and leaves scars (or so my crazy tatooed uncle says).

My best friend got a large tatoo on his sholder of a Jawa holding a blaster up above his head and C-3P0s head in the other hand. It's pretty damn funny but in 10 years or so he might not think so. :)
