putting mp3's on a cd

What program do i need to put my mp3's on a cd. Everything i try seems to want to convert them to wav. I just want something to leave them as mp3 so when I reformat I can just throw them back on and I so I want have to d/l them again.

Well, basiclly any burning program will work, but you have to save them as data files only not audio. I normally use Easy CD Creator, and you have the option of selecting data or music when you fire up the program.

I think if you use EZ CD Creater from Adaptec it will do it if you choose to make a data CD and not an audio CD. However the CD will not play like a normal audio CD it will only play the selected track and then stop but that should be no problem if you are just using it to back up you HDD.

Oh so that's what I was doing wrong. I was trying to do it as audio. THanks dudes :)
