How to fix video card sag

Some cool tricks to fix GPU card sag. I don't much care about ascetics since I don't use window cases, but as an engineer I hate to see that much lever force on the PCIE slot connector.
I notice some of the newer enthusiast mobos, like my new AMD board, also have a metal reinforcing plate over the PCIe slot to take the strain off the plastic edge connector and pins.
