Comes with all the cable you might need, but oddly they are all about 5 ft. I am using DP . If I understand correctly, you can also hook 2 computers to the monitor at once.
It has all kinds of features built into the display - you can make your desktop one screen, halves, quarters, thirds and using the monitor software.
It is a 10 bit monitor and the colors look really good to me, but I can't comment on absolute quality. Very bright and sharp to me.
The display controller is the hockey puck sitting in the stand. It has about 6 presets for photos, video, cad/cam, etc.
native resolution is 2K - 2560x1440 @ 60 MHZ
Pics show size vs my old Dell 24, various screen configs. Monitor is much crisper than pics.
I get ~ 55 fps in GuildWars2 and ED with decent eyecandy. According to Hardocp my 970 can get about 50 FPS in Witcher3 on high settings.
The review at Tom's gets into the specs better than I can. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ben ... ,3898.html
The price on this is now down to ~$550 because a new model has come out. Got mine From Amazon and the box was sealed as one would expect on new. Don't see any issues with the screen, such a dead pixels, bleed, etc. It's an awful lot of real estate for the price.
