Plantronics Gamecon Model 380 Gaming Headset

I've been using the Gamecon 367 headset for several years. One of mine is getting a bit worn so I went looking for a new one and found it had been replaced with the model 380.
The 380 looks less dorky than the 367, and reviews on Amazon say it's the same headset with some improvements.
I have big ears, and they're sensitive. I can't wear headsets that press on my ears. The 367 completely surrounds my ears and are very comfortable.
People on Teamspeak tell me my microphone audio is very clear with little background noise.
