usb cable question

anyone know were I can fine a usb 2 internal to usb external connector cable . im trying to connect a card reader into my wifes. new dell computer and there no internal spare usb connectors on the motherboard . so im going to have to attach a cable converter to a external usb on the rear of the computer. a link if you know of some place that has such a animal !

Best Buy, Office Depot, Radio Shack or almost any electronics type store. Online sources too.

been looking not coming up with it.
has to be a nine pin male on one end and external female usb connector on the other !

this is what I found and went with - USB 9-Pin Internal Motherboard Male Header to USB Type-A Adaptor

sucks when you order a cable -it arrives from Hong Kong and either bad or wired wrong !
or the cable is a usb3 or usb1 but your not informed of this when you order it. what you need has to be wired for usb2
