Steady beeping? Or just occasionally?
Steady beeping could just be a bug that happens in WinXP and Server 2003. You just have to disable the beep service.
Occasional beeping sounds like some kind of BIOS temperature or low fan RPM alert. You may have a fan that is just occasionally drifting below the RPM threshold and triggering the alarm.

This tends to happen when fans get old. They don't tend to run as fast as their original specs, or quite simply are defective.
