crucial ram rma ?

just filed for a RMA on line. but not sure if it went though correctly .
all looked right and my account with crucial is correct . but when I was on the final page. were they say you will receive 2 emails.
they listed my email as -----.@home .com . Not what it should of been ------------@ comcast.net.

anyone know if thats a opps and I'll get the email or should I call them and stay on the line till i get though ?

call them the @home email will bounce

i like how they email you to inform you they recived the product you sent in for a RMA . wish more companys would take the extra min to do this. not just leave you guessing !

replacement ram arrived today :)
just wish they send you tracking and a email saying they shipped it out to you ~

Well I know Seagate does it as well, but I know what you mean. We normal folks like to know at what stage the process is.
