Rosewill RMA Experience

Today, I did my very first RMA with Rosewill. I sent this to them 4 hours ago.
I received this 20 minutes ago.Hello, I have a Rosewill RC-212 PCI to SATA/IDE adapter that is not functioning properly. I get blue screens with it plugged in no matter if there is anything plugged into it or not. As soon as it is removed, I no longer have issues. I'd like to apply for an RMA (I've had it longer than Newegg's return policy will accept a return on, but under 1 year).

I don't know if this correlates with the fact that I posted an eval on newegg yesterday or if they do this for everyone. One way or another I'm impressed. Especially by the fact that they were able to work so close with newegg.Dear Valued Customer,
