Oh believe me, most of my business is from people who go there & get frustrated by either price or inexperience.

What do you expect when the first thing they look for in the geek squad employees is sales experience?
When all else fails, replace the user.

I like that when you buy a computer at Best Buy, they offer to "optimize" your purchase. All they really do is install the latest Windows updates. I also like that if you happen to purchase software like Office, they charge to install that also.

When I bought my new Acer laptop the "tech" at Staples said that I should pay for the new PC "Tune up" service.

I told him I was a IT Consultant and did my own PC work, and that I was going to wipe the drive and install Windows 7 RC1 clean anyway, so there wasn't much point in a tuneup.

His response was "Oh, but even if you're doing a clean OS install, the tuneup will help!".

Ummm.... yeah right.
