Upgrade goodness

Just ordered a phenom II 955 black edition, 8gb ddr2, and a 1tb hdd. Moving up from an athlon64 3400+ and 1gb ram on vista. Vista crawls now so I'm hoping for a good boost. On a new asus M4a78. Apparently it has the 790gx chipset which had pretty good reviews. No expensivevideo card because I just don't game that much anymore so I'm going to try the onboard video. It has radeon 3300hd so we will see.

Keep in mind that you don't have to pay $500 for a good video card anymore. You can get great performance in the $150 range now.

Heck, you can get great performance out of $100 now. The Radeon 4850 can be had for about that or less used. Same for the GTX260.
