You know, I look at it and I just somehow find it damn hard to believe the price tag. It looks so ridiculously cheap, not the thousands of dollars that the price tag is.

These will come down in price once other manufactures start making them. It would be sweet to have your OS loaded on one of these.

Yeah they're expensive now, but I remember spending $999 on a 1 Gb SCSI HDD in 1989. Everything gets cheaper. In 5 years spinning hard drives may only be found on desktops and in 10 years they may go the way of the DoDo bird.

Remember when a cheap 15" LCD display cost $2000?

hell the regular SATA solid state drives are in the "usable" range in price for some people.

I remember for $2300.00 plus tax for a IBM clone computer. 1088 turbo with a 13 inch monocrome monitor and 2-5 1/2 floppys ,no hard drives and 2 mb ram. and that was a sale price !

These aren't made for mere mortals yet. This is what you'll see in computers of the stupid rich & goverment types. Yeah, it'll be 5 years & everyone will will be wondering why they were so expensive.
