Recommendations on a mobo/cpu/memory

My brother wants me to build him a new rig. He bought a Nvidia Gefoce 9400GT card, and realized that it would not install in his current mobo (agp slot). He does not need a quad core, but a dual would work nicely for him. He's planning on running XP pro, so it would need 2 gigs of ram as well. He will more than likely need a new power supply to drive the 9400GT card. Any suggestions?

+1 ...and you get the warranty to back it up, so you're not stuck on additional support duty for your brother. ok, well...maybe LESS support duty. :)
